Return, Replace & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you have received your item(s) defective or incorrect: 

-Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) showing the issue.

Note: We do not refund shipping cost and we also do not cover shipping cost for return. 

HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?
-You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid, minus shipping and restocking fee. 
-Please be aware that the product must come in its original packaging and must be returned in the original condition that it was received and unused. We reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
-If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
-Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
-If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@Kamizoo.com

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/promotional items cannot be refunded.

Coupon Codes 

-Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout - You must press "Apply" to see the order total update.

-We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. 

-Only one code can be used per purchase 

-Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases

CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.

 

Note: Kamizoo will not be held liable to any lost or mis-routed parcels. Please ensure that all of the shipping information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. International customers must provide phone number. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Note: Kamizoo will not be held liable to any lost or mis-routed parcels.

RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES
Kamizoo will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender. 
Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered.
 
Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re- label, and reship them however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order total...so please be careful on the information that you provide.
